L1/L2 support for healthcare practices. Phone-first. You're the calm voice when a front-desk Eaglesoft install just stopped working at 7:45 AM.
Field Technician
On-site cabling, new build-outs, equipment refreshes across the Twin Cities. Comfortable in a ladder, comfortable in scrubs-adjacent spaces.
