What we collect. When you contact us, book a consultation, or use the cybersecurity assessment, we collect what you give us: name, practice name, work email, phone, and your answers. Assessment answers stay in your browser until you choose to send them to us. If you consent to domain checks, we look up public DNS records for the domain you provide — records readable by anyone on the internet.

How we use it. To respond to you, prepare your report, and follow up about our services. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that run our website forms and email.

Analytics. We use standard website analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block analytics with common browser tools without affecting the site.

Your choices. Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of follow-up contact.

The content on this site — including guides, checklists, and assessment results — is general information for healthcare practice owners and managers, not legal, compliance, or professional advice for your specific situation. The cybersecurity assessment provides a limited external and self-reported review; it is not a penetration test, formal HIPAA security risk analysis, legal opinion, or guarantee of security.

We work to keep everything here accurate and current, but technology and regulations change; confirm anything consequential with us directly or with qualified counsel. Service terms for Phoenix IT clients are set in their service agreements, which govern over anything on this site.
